On April 19th we will be having a build your own charcuterie board class consisting of 4 cheeses, 3 meats, and 4 wines throughout the length of this two hour class. Throughout the evening you will learn the process to build the ideal aesthetically pleasing board, as well as why sourcing the proper cheeses and meats is so important. You will also learn how to pair different food and drinks.
